Lettuce Salad with Pears
Ingredients:
- 1 lettuce
- 1 handful of rocket
- 2 pears
- 4 walnuts
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt, pepper
- for the dressing: 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1tbsp honey
Instructions:
Clean, wash and shred the lettuce and the rocket. Cut the pears in cubes and sprinkle lemon juice over them. Add them all in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the olive oil, vinegar and honey, pour it on the salad and serve.
